HEY there! I’m ALEXANDRA.

 Passionate Venezuelan pastry chef I have always loved sweets and education, and through both I unleash my talents.

Focused on highlighting natural flavors with quality products, although always wrapped in lugo, its pastry is characterized by a surprising decoration and the use of sugar in moderation to highlight the nuances of other flavors.  


In this way, over time I have achieved minimalist and fruity desserts without falling into excess of heavy creams, sugar and flour.  

I keep the spark of renewal burning and the constant search for new flavors
